After a long and stimulating day of research, clinical care, policy and advocacy, we will wrap up the meeting with an overview of the whole program, hitting highlights of 1) the science of sex-based biological differences in response to brain injury, 2) distinctions in clinical assessment, diagnosis and management and 3) increasing awareness and outreach for athletes, coaches, parents, medical personnel and  policy experts about the importance of concussions and brain health in women and girls.  We will also review future plans as related to female concussions, including areas for more investigation as well as upcoming opportunities for outreach.
